Our eyes and ears in Spain and Portugal. With his technical background and fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, Ignacio is keen to support his rising homemarkets with Higo e-bike connectors. Greatest fan of football and enthusiastic bass player.
Jannes Christiaensen
Key Account Manager
Likes to nail complex E-bike projects and guiding customers through them from beginning to launch. Accountable for all key accounts in Europe. Enjoys building up long term relationships with customers. Also a young talented cook!
Kristof Van Wetering
Product Manager
Knows all ins-and-outs of the complete Higo connector range. Kristof is the link between Higo in China, A&C Solutions’ HQ and customers throughout Europe. Steps in whenever his technical knowledge is required to move things forward. Currently training to run his first marathon.
Jan Van Dijck
Sales Manager
Directing both the E-mobility and the Electronics & Automation sales team. Jan has an extensive background in sales and is our true power supply guru. Colleagues not only count on his expertise but also appreciate his company during customer visits all over Europe. Has a real passion for cycling and always looks for a new sporting challenge.

Founder and CEO of A&C Solutions. Steps in where needed to make sure that things keep going in the right direction. Remains calm at all times and has an eye for always finding a solution. Franky is still involved in customer projects where his connector expertise & knowledge of the market come in handy. A golfer with potential, always in for a joke.

Customer support & purchase planning
Enisa ensures that customer orders are accurately processed in our system. She coordinates purchase planning with Higo and keeps customers informed about the delivery status of their orders. After work, her lively family of five keeps her on her toes.
Nils Hölscher
Business Development Manager
Nils is a German sales professional and is responsible within A&C Solutions to further build the Higo connector business in the DACH region and to take care of our customers there. Nils has a strong "we can do that" mentality and is a very competitive sportsperson, passionate about cycling as well.
Jasper De Ceuster
Junior Account Manager
Jasper's role as an account manager at A&C is to follow up on customers in Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. With a degree in commercial electromechanics, Jasper combines his passion for technology and communication to grow A&C’s business in the e-mobility market. Jasper is also a passionate triathlete.
Jana Willems
Junior Account Manager
As an account manager, Jana is responsible for the Benelux and UK market for A&C. With a Master in Linguistics and Literature and an initial experience in sales, she knows how to deal with international e-bike connector requests and to develop customer relationships. In her free time, Jana loves to play the saxophone.
Sofie Rigo
Customer operations supervisor
Sofie oversees the daily operations of customer service and the warehouse. She supports the team in order processing and purchase planning to ensure customers receive the best possible service. Her ultimate goal? Happy customers — as many as possible. Outside of work, Sofie loves rowing and enjoys time with her growing family.
